The Country House Department

STRATEGY & EXPERIENCE

The Country House Department

STRATEGY & EXPERIENCE

The Country House Department is a new kind of estate agency, dedicated to doing justice to the most exceptional country houses. The founders engaged us when the business was only a concept, as strategic and creative partners who could bring their vision to life

At the top-end, the property market hasn’t changed in years and complacency has set in, a lack of proactivity defines the seller experience. Against this backdrop, we created a brand that stood for forward movement and energy – turning traditional pain-points on their head.

Our visual identity blends the traditional and the contemporary. On the one hand, we wanted to present country homes at their element. So, we defined a cinematic imagery style that brings the stature and atmosphere of these properties to life. At the same time, the identity makes use of highly-visual tools – from drone footage and animation to captivating video show-reels – and feels just as at home on social channels as it does in more traditional brochures and boards.

The final phase of the project saw us develop their website and marketing materials for launch, timing this to capture renewed interest in country living immediately after the property market re-opened. The finished result gives sellers the ultimate showcase for country homes – capturing the world of their property, not just its walls.
