KCOM is one of the UK’s oldest communication groups.

KCOM, previously operated with five distinct brands: KCOM Group, KC, Kcom, Eclipse and Smart421. As part of a larger transformation programme which was aimed at simplifying the business under one brand, KCOM, we developed the brand’s new bold and distinctive identity. Rooted in design principles of approachability, honesty and confidence in simplicity, the work supports the brand’s ongoing focus on customer-centricity. Additionally, we supported KCOM with the transition to one brand through the development of a unified social media strategy.
