The term ‘brand’ in hospitality is often used loosely.
Hotels seem to hop from brand to brand without reflecting the change in the guest experience, resulting in a largely uniform approach where the hallmarks that make a hotel experience distinctive and memorable are increasingly rare. In a focused attempt to increase RevPAR and margins overall, we work with hotel businesses to create brands that truly connect with their audiences. We seek to find the most cost effective way to orchestrate ownable experiences and memorable interactions – and train staff to deliver them in the most compelling way.
